dc.description.abstractEl agro servicio "El Pueblo" es una empresa autónoma ubicada en el recinto Pueblo Nuevo, perteneciente a la parroquia Febres Cordero. Su principal actividad es la comercialización de insumos agrícolas al por mayor y menor en la zona y sus alrededores. Durante el periodo 2022, se llevó a cabo un estudio enfocado en evaluar la calidad de la atención al cliente en esta empresa. El análisis de la atención al cliente se centró en diversos aspectos, como la satisfacción del cliente, la eficiencia en la atención, la disponibilidad y conocimiento de los productos, la amabilidad y empatía del personal, y la resolución de problemas. Se recopilaron datos a través de encuestas, observaciones directas y análisis de interacciones con los clientes. Los resultados muestran que la atención al cliente en el agro servicio "El Pueblo" durante el año 2022 fue generalmente positiva.
