| dc.description | Administrative management within an organization is relevant for its proper functioning, and for it to be an effective influencer in the social and economic development of any environment. For this reason, the present investigation aims to determine the way in which the Administrative Management of the San Juan Parochial Autonomous Government of the Puebloviejo canton influences the social and economic development of the community, 2021. For its development, a non-experimental methodology was used. , and a mixed approach, as a technique a survey was applied to the sample made up of 7 public servants of the organization and 80 people from the town. The results showed that as far as the work of the GAD is concerned, results of the projects in territories have been shown, which have been socialized with the community, in addition to this, economic development programs are evident. It is then concluded that between the study variables, Administrative Management and Socioeconomic Development, there is a high significant correlation of 0.712. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La gestión administrativa dentro de una organización es relevante para su adecuado funcionamiento, y parar que sea una influyente eficaz en el desarrollo social y económico de cualquier entorno. Por ello la presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la manera en que la Gestión Administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo Parroquial San Juan del cantón Puebloviejo influye en el desarrollo social y económico de la comunidad, 2021. Para su desarrollo, se utilizó una metodología de carácter no experimental, y de enfoque mixto, como tecnica se aplicó una encuesta dirigida a la muestra conformada por 7 servidores públicos de la organización y a 80 personas de la localidad. Los resultados arrojaron que en lo que cabe el trabajo del GAD, se han mostrado resultados de los proyectos en territorios, mismos que han sido socializados con la comunidad, además de ello se evidencia programas de desarrollo económico. Se concluye entonces que entre las variables de estudio, Gestión Administrativa y Desarrollo Socioeconómico existe una correlación significativa alta de 0,712. | es_ES |
