dc.description.abstractIntroducción: La empresa “Pentagro S.A” es una empresa dedicada a la venta y comercialización de insumos agrícolas, tiene sus inicios en el año 2019 durante la pandemia, actualmente, el presente emprendimiento nace como una alternativa a la necesidad que se presentaba en el área agronómica del cantón Babahoyo y porque no decir de la provincia de los Ríos. Pentagro S.A. identificando la oportunidad y un mercado insumos al mercado poco satisfecho decidió ofertar insumos agrícolas para todo tipo de plantaciones. Objetivo: Optimizar los recursos productivos en la empresa para así realizar una buena gestión administrativa de cada elemento que posee este establecimiento. Metodología: se utilizó el método exploratorio el cual ayudó a recopilar datos preliminares, como entrevistas, observaciones o revisión de documentos, que pudimos utilizar para diseñar un enfoque de investigación más enfocado y específico. Resultado: la empresa cuenta con grandes oportunidades entre las principales esta la expansión geográfica y los acuerdos comerciales ya que por medio de esto se puede evidenciar que el número de clientes insatisfechos son muchos por lo que es ahí donde se debe distribuir con rapidez los insumos y el servicio. Conclusión: se llegó a la conclusión de que la situación de la empresa es buena, porque, a pesar que las debilidades y la amenazas son mayores a las fortalezas y oportunidades, la empresa debe mantenerse en el mercado buscando la posibilidad de aumentar el valor de aceptación en los clientes sobre los productos que se oferta, criterio que se emite desde el fundamento teórico del análisis situacional.es_ES
