| dc.description | The purpose of this case study entitled “Sales levels in the Sulay washing machine and lubricator in the Montalvo canton, in the period 2022-2023” is to analyze the level of sales, through the comparison of sales reports, SWOT analysis, which will allow us to propose strategies to increase the growth of the company. Given its nature, this work is related to the line of research: Financial, administrative, tax management, auditing and control, and is part of the subline of public and private companies and institutions. The identified problems were determined through the root-cause analysis method, since it gave rise to identifying and delving into the origin of the problems that affect the sales of the business, taking into account the techniques used which were SWOT analysis and matrix. comparative. | dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso titulado “Niveles de ventas en la lavadora y lubricadora Sulay del cantón Montalvo, en el periodo 2022-2023” tiene como fin analizar el nivel de ventas, través de la comparación de los reportes de ventas, análisis FODA, el cual permitirá proponer estrategias para elevar el crecimiento de la empresa. Dada su naturaleza este trabajo se relaciona con la línea de investigación: Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control, se enmarca en la sublinea empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas. Los problemas identificados se logró determinarlos, mediante el método de análisis causa-raíz, ya que dio paso a identificar y profundizar en el origen de los problemas que afectan las ventas del negocio, tomando en cuenta las técnicas utilizadas las cuales fueron análisis FODA y matriz comparativa. Los resultados que se lograron obtener permitieron analizar los factores que están causando falencias en el crecimiento y el nivel de ventas de la empresa.
