dc.descriptionThe present research work is entitled: B-Learning Problem-Based Learning Strategies to foster creativity in teachers at Benetazzo, Babahoyo, 2022. The main objective was to apply B-Learning Problem-Based Learning Strategies to promote creativity in teachers at Benetazzo, Babahoyo, 2022. The hypothesis was: Creativity in teachers will be fostered through the Application of B-Learning Problem-Based Learning Strategies at Benetazzo, Babahoyo, 2022. Regarding the work methodology, the type of research conducted was of Quantitative approach, Applied purpose, with Explanatory level, based on the Hypothetical-Deductive scientific method, with Pre-experimental research design of a single group. For the field research, the technique used was Observation and the standardized instrument for measuring creativity was the CREA Test of TEA Ediciones. The Independent Variable was Problem-Based Learning Strategies B-Learning and the Dependent Variable was Teacher Creativity. From the finite population of 82 educators, the sample analyzed consisted of 25 male and female teachers of higher education. At the end of the research, the hypothesis was confirmed, where Teaching Creativity was effectively promoted through the Application of Problem-Based Learning Strategies B-Learning, therefore, conclusions were drawn, with the purpose that all those teachers involved in this study become aware, take social responsibility and timely actions to grow professionally.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como título: Estrategias de Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas B-Learning para fomento de la Creatividad en Docentes del Benetazzo, Babahoyo, 2022. Se ha establecido como objetivo principal Aplicar Estrategias de Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas B-Learning para fomentar la creatividad en docentes del Benetazzo, Babahoyo, 2022. La hipótesis fue: La Creatividad en los Docentes se fomentará mediante la Aplicación de Estrategias de Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas B-Learning del Benetazzo, Babahoyo, 2022. Respecto a la metodología de trabajo, el tipo de investigación realizada fue de enfoque Cuantitativo, de propósito Aplicado, con nivel Explicativo, basado en el método científico Hipotético-Deductivo, con diseño de investigación Pre-experimental de un solo grupo. Para la investigación de campo, la técnica utilizada fue la Observación y el instrumento estandarizado de medición de la creatividad es el Test CREA de TEA Ediciones. Como Variable Independiente se tiene Estrategias de Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas B-Learning y como Variable Dependiente la Creatividad Docente. De la población finita de 82 educadores, la muestra que se analizó fue de 25 docentes de la básica superior, entre hombres y mujeres. Finalizada la investigación, se confirmó la hipótesis planteada, donde efectivamente la Creatividad Docente se logró fomentar mediante la Aplicación de Estrategias de Aprendizaje Basado en Problemas B-Learning, por ello, se realizaron las conclusiones, con la finalidad de que todos aquellos docentes involucrados en este estudio tomen conciencia, responsabilidad social y acciones oportunas para crecer profesionalmente.es_ES
