dc.descriptionThis research shows how the structure of health systems and services have undergone adaptive processes according to the educational context, development and the needs of the people. The proposed objective is: To determine the way in which public health services influence the quality of life in the Users of the General Hospital Martin Icaza - Babahoyo. In this sense, the proposed methodology was based on a non-experimental design with a type of Applied, Mixed and Explanatory research, since it sought to understand how public health services influence the quality of life of users of the Hospital in question, where The study population was made up of the users who were treated at the Martín Icaza Hospital in the city of Babahoyo, in the period August 2021 - July 2022, which in total were 40,500 users attended, the age range of the users will be between the 18 to 65 years old between men and women, who attend this health home, from which, through probabilistic sampling, the sample to be used was determined, which was 150 users. Concluding that the way in which the public health services are related to the quality of life in the users of the General Hospital Martin Icaza - Babahoyo is high, with 40.0% as predominant, on the medium and low levels with a high positive relationship of Rho = 0.913.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación muestra de cómo la estructura de los sistemas y servicios de salud han sufrido procesos adaptativos acorde al contexto educacional, desarrollo y a las necesidades de los pueblos. El objetivo planteado es: Determinar la forma en que los servicios públicos de salud influyen en la calidad de vida en los Usuarios del Hospital General Martin Icaza – Babahoyo. En ese sentido la metodología planteada se basó en un diseño no experimental con un tipo de investigación Aplicada, Mixta y Explicativa, dado que se buscó entender cómo influyen los servicios públicos de salud en la calidad de vida en los usuarios del Hospital en mención, donde la población de estudio estuvo conformada por los usuarios que fueron atendidos en el Hospital Martín Icaza de la ciudad de Babahoyo, en el periodo agosto 2021 – Julio 2022, que en suma fueron 40 500 usuarios atendidos, el rango de edad de los usuarios será entre los 18 a 65 años entre hombre y mujeres, que asienten a esta casa de salud, de la cual a través del muestreo probabilístico de determinó la muestra a emplear que fue de 150 usuarios. Concluyéndose que la manera en que se relacionan los servicios públicos de salud sobre la calidad de vida en los usuarios del Hospital General Martin Icaza – Babahoyo es alta, con el 40.0% como predominante, sobre los niveles medio y bajo con una relación positiva alta de Rho = 0.913.es_ES
