dc.description.abstractDe acuerdo con el estudio de The Global State of Digital, expuso un estimado que cerca de 3.484 billones de personas utilizan las redes sociales, lo que representa 45 % de la población mundial, tiene por lo menos un perfil e interactúa un espacio virtual parte de su existo se ha debido al espacio que dan para que todas las personas sin importar sexo, religión o condición social puedan tener acceso a ellas permitiendo una mayor conexión, interactuar con amigos, crear nuevos vínculos, convirtiéndose en un poderoso aliado de protestas que se han hecho sentir donde la opinión del internauta ha tenido suficiente validez y peso que han cambiado decisiones de los diferentes actores sociales.
