dc.descriptionHypertensive disorders during pregnancy are very frequent complications considered an important cause of maternal and/or fetal morbidity and mortality. Preeclampsia is a complication of pregnancy characterized by high blood pressure and signs of damage to another organ system, most often the liver and kidneys. Preeclampsia usually begins after 20 weeks of pregnancy in women whose blood pressure had been normal. One of the most important complications of pregnancy are the hypertensive disorders of pregnancy that affects between 5% and 10 and constitutes one of the main causes of serious morbidity, chronic disability, and maternal and fetal death. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a tenth of maternal deaths in Asia and Africa, and a quarter of maternal deaths in Latin America, are related to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy: preeclampsia, eclampsia and HELLP syndrome. (Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador, 2020). This clinical case presented below is intended to inform all people about the great importance of regular monitoring during pregnancy. Since gestational hypertension is a major public health problem and one of the main causes of maternal-neonatal mortality. For this reason, he studied the present clinical case of a 43-year-old female patient with a medical diagnosis of 34 weeks pregnancy + preeclampsia. Through the analysis, the patient's health problem was identified in order to provide the nursing care process with the purpose of improving medical management for the prevention of preeclampsia and that the care and nursing are the same as It must be timely, based on a comprehensive assessment that ensures maternal and fetal well-being, in such a way that they know the risk factors that can give rise to these pathologies and their possible complications.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLos trastornos hipertensivos durante el embarazo son complicaciones muy frecuentes consideradas causas importantes de morbilidad y mortalidad materna y fetal. La preeclampsia es una complicación del embarazo que es caracterizada por presión arterial alta y signos de daños en otro sistema de órganos, más frecuentes en el hígado y los riñones. Generalmente, la preeclampsia comienza después de las 20 semanas de embarazo en mujeres cuya presión arterial había sido normal. Una de las complicaciones más importantes de la gestación, son los trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo que afecta entre el 5% y 10 y constituye una de las principales causas de morbilidad grave, discapacidad crónica y muerte materna y fetal. Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) una décima parte de las muertes maternas que se presenta en Asia y en África, y una cuarta parte de las muertes maternas en América Latina, están relacionadas con trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo: preeclampsia, eclampsia y síndrome de HELLP. (Ministerio de Salud Pública del Ecuador, 2020). Este caso clínico que se presenta a continuación tiene como finalidad informar a todas las personas sobre la gran importancia del control periódico durante el embarazo. Ya que la hipertensión gestacional, constituye un gran problema de la salud pública y una de las principales causas de mortalidad materna-neonatal. Por tal motivo se realiza el estudio del presente caso clínico de una paciente de sexo femenino, de 43 años con diagnóstico médico embarazo de 34 semanas + preeclampsia. Por medio del análisis se identificó cara del problema de salud de la paciente con el fin de proporcionar el proceso de atención de enfermería con el propósito de mejorar el manejo médico para la prevención de la preeclampsia y que los cuidados de enfermería sea el mismo que tiene que ser oportuno, partiendo de una valoración integral que asegure el bienestar materno fetal, de tal manera que conozcan los factores de riesgo que pueden dar origen a estas patologías y sus posibles complicaciones.es_ES
