Myopia is a refractive error where the direction of the light equal to the optical center that radiates towards the eye and that focuses in front of the retina, when there is ocular accommodation, it is relaxed, this anomaly is one of the ones that occur the most in people. For its part, strabismus, an ocular condition that is based on the convergent or divergent deviation of one eye or both, has a high prevalence in pediatric patients, due to genetic and environmental factors that can develop ocular abnormalities, affecting the normal development of the child. In the present clinical case, we have an 8-year-old male patient who was diagnosed with myopia and convergent strabismus where he presented a symptomatic picture presenting constant and high-intensity headache, at the time of carrying out his activities he refers visual fatigue, it is also evidenced in the patient internal ocular deviation of the eye. The patient shows several ocular anomalies, the mother reports that the son has several near vision problems, at the time of carrying out his school activities, he reports that the eye presents an abnormal deviation. The corresponding exams and tests are carried out to determine a definitive diagnosis, the appropriate treatment is determined, such as the use of glasses where it gives positive results and allows the improvement of visual quality, as well as the normal development of their school and daily activities.es_ES
