dc.description | Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a pathology with a high prevalence of morbidity and mortality worldwide due to intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary involvement, the clinical case of the patient, a 60-year-old woman was diagnosed with COPD and was hospitalized with symptoms of characteristic weakness, difficulty breathing with light exertion and sweating. Hours of evolution plus tachypnoea, tachycardia, intercostal contractions and saturation up to 86%. The objective of this project was to define an intervention by the respiratory disease therapist in a 60-year-old woman with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, taking into account the conclusion that the physiotherapeutic measures oxygenation, ventilation and rehabilitation of the respiratory tract form a cornerstone. for the treatment of different stages of this pathology. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica es una patología con una alta prevalencia morbilidad y mortalidad a nivel mundial por presentación compromiso intrapulmonar y extrapulmonar, caso clínico de paciente femenino de 60 años fue diagnosticado con EPOC y fue hospitalizada con síntomas debilidad característica, dificultad para respirar con esfuerzo ligero y sudoración. Horas de evolución más taquipnea, taquicardia, contracciones intercostales y saturación hasta el 86%. El objetivo de este proyecto puede definir una intervención del terapeuta enfermedad respiratoria en una mujer de 60 años con enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica teniendo en cuenta la conclusión de que las medidas fisioterapéuticas la oxigenación, la ventilación y la rehabilitación de las vías respiratorias forman una piedra angular para el tratamiento de diferentes etapas de esta patología. | es_ES |
