dc.descriptionThe company C-Smart Babahoyo, is a private entity and began its operations in the City of Babahoyo in May 2022. This company is specifically dedicated to the commercialization of technology equipment such as sales of cell phones, laptops, computers, and accessories. . The company is located on 5 de Junio street between Pedro Carbo street and 27 de Mayo street. It has its headquarters in the city of Guayaquil and maintains branches in various cities. The objective of the investigation consisted of knowing the level of satisfaction that the clients of the company C-Smart of the city of Babahoyo have. In the present investigation it was considered pertinent to use the line of investigation: Administrative, Tax, Financial Management, Audit and Control, as well as the sub-line of investigation: Marketing and Commercialization, which are raised by the Commerce Career. A descriptive methodology was used with qualitative and quantitative characteristics, being able to obtain relevant information through the interview and survey technique. Among the main results found, it is found that, although the C-Smart company is very young in the market, it has a good acceptance, due to customer service, quality of its products and information given to customers, facilities payment for customers, fulfillment of expectations of its users.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa empresa C-Smart Babahoyo, es una entidad de tipo privado e inicio sus operaciones en la Ciudad de Babahoyo en mayo del año 2022. Esta empresa se dedica específicamente a la comercialización de equipos de tecnología como ventas de celulares, laptops, computadoras y accesorios. La empresa se encuentra ubicada en la calle 5 de junio entre calle Pedro Carbo y calle 27 de mayo. Tiene su matriz central en la ciudad de Guayaquil y mantiene sucursales en varias ciudades. El objetivo de la investigación consistió en conocer el nivel de satisfacción que tienen los clientes de la empresa C-Smart de la ciudad de Babahoyo. En la presente investigación se consideró pertinente emplear la línea de investigación: Gestión Financiera Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría y Control, así como, la sublinea de investigación: Marketing y Comercialización, que son planteadas por la Carrera de Comercio. Se empleo una metodología de tipo descriptivo y con características cualitativas y cuantitativas, pudiendo obtener información relevante mediante la técnica de entrevista y encuesta. Entre los principales resultados encontrados, se tiene que, aunque la empresa C-Smart es muy joven en el mercado, cuenta con una buena aceptación, debido a la atención al cliente, calidad de sus productos e información que se da a los clientes, facilidades de pago para los clientes, cumplimiento de expectativas de sus usuarios.es_ES
