| dc.description | Currently, business administrative management is comprised of those activities aimed at improving the productivity and competitiveness of a business. Therefore, it is of great importance to analyze how the administrative management of the "Frío Autos" Clinic in the city of Babahoyo has developed during the period 2022. Among the objectives of this research is to determine how the administrative management of the "Frío Autos" Clinic has affected the company's growth. In turn, this case study aims to establish the importance of knowledge about business administration that allows owners and future entrepreneurs who want to have their own business and expand their profits in the local market. It is concluded that Clínica Frío Autos should create effective strategies related to the work environment, control of its records, personnel training and above all, keep its objectives clear, precise and achievable by all its collaborators. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, la gestión administrativa empresarial está comprendida por aquellas actividades que se orientan a perfeccionar la productividad y competitividad de un negocio. Por lo consiguiente, Por ende, es gran trascendencia analizar cómo se ha desarrollado la gestión administrativa de la Clínica “Frío Autos” de la ciudad de Babahoyo durante el periodo 2022. Entre los objetivos de esta investigación se encuentra determinar cómo la gestión administrativa realizada en la Clínica “Frío Autos” ha incidido en el decrecimiento de la empresa. Por su parte, este estudio de caso pretende entablar la importancia de los conocimientos sobre administración empresarial que permiten a los dueños y futuros emprendedores que quieren tener su negocio propio y ampliar sus ganancias dentro del mercado local. Se concluye en que la Clínica Frío Autos debe crear estrategias efectivas relacionadas con el ambiente laboral, el control de sus registros, capacitación del personal y sobre todo mantener sus objetivos claros, precisos y alcanzables por todos sus colaboradores. | es_ES |
