dc.description.abstractUn tema muy común en la actualidad tiene que ver mucho con la motivación, y es que la motivación es fundamental para que las empresas, instituciones y todo aquello que realice una actividad que contenga personal disponible para realizar un trabajo se encuentre motivado y pueda realizar con mayor efectividad la tarea que se le ha sido encomendada.
