| dc.description.abstract | Un tema muy común en la actualidad tiene que ver mucho con la motivación, y es que la motivación es fundamental para que las empresas, instituciones y todo aquello que realice una actividad que contenga personal disponible para realizar un trabajo se encuentre motivado y pueda realizar con mayor efectividad la tarea que se le ha sido encomendada. El análisis del desempeño laboral es muy importante en las empresas y más aún al estar vinculado con la motivación que como se mencionó anteriormente es aquella que permite que se realice un mejor desempeño laboral beneficiando tanto a la empresa como a los empleados. La motivación es usada día a día tanto personalmente como de apoyo a los demás. El desempeño laboral es sumamente importante para que las empresas puedan seguir desempeñando su función en el mercado en el que se desenvuelve.
