The objective for the analysis of this research and its respective rules and guidelines of the functionality is to reduce the time spent in manual processes as well as in the certificates of enrollment, promotions and qualifications and to optimize the time spent in each one. | dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo para fin de carrera comprende el caso de estudio de los Análisis de la automatización para el Proceso de Certificados de Matrículas y Promociones de la Unidad Educativa Abdón Calderón Muñoz, La finalidad principal de la propuesta permite establecer el marco teórico, conceptual y referencial. El objetivo para el análisis de esta investigación y sus respectivas reglas y directrices de la funcionalidad es reducir el tiempo que se emplea en los procesos manuales tanto como en los certificados de matrículas promociones y calificaciones y optimizar tiempo que se lleva en cada uno.
