The respective nutritional assessment of anthropometry, biochemical, clinical and dietetics is carried out, through these data it was possible to identify that the patient presents obesity with a BMI of 35.1 kg / m2, the patient also presents high metabolic risk, in the biochemical data was reflected altered levels of fasting glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides danto as a result hypercholesterolemia, In the clinical assessment there is no presence of edema Upon obtaining the respective diagnosis, the nutritional intervention was carried out, which consisted of a dietotherapeutic plan according to their needs.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa hipertensión arterial se considera un predictor de morbilidad y mortalidad cardiovascular, siendo los más destacados la enfermedad cerebrovascular, el infarto de miocardio, la insuficiencia cardíaca, la enfermedad arterial periférica y la insuficiencia renal. El presente caso clínico es de una paciente de 62 años de edad diagnosticada desde hace 5 años con hipertensión arterial. Ella es ama de casa, tiene una pequeña tienda de abarrotes es divorciada desde hace diez años, tiene 3 hijos, dos casados y una hija soltera quien vive con ella, la paciente manifiesta que ha llevado el tratamiento farmacológico, pero no ha tenido control respecto a su alimentación Se realiza la respectiva valoración nutricional tanto de antropometría, bioquímica, clínica y dietética, por medio de estos datos se pudo identificar que la paciente presenta obesidad con un IMC de 35.1 kg/m2, en los datos bioquímicos se reflejó niveles alterados de glucosa en ayunas, colesterol total, triglicéridos danto como resultado hipercolesterolemia, en la valoración clínica no hay presencia de edema. La paciente presenta riesgo para enfermedades cardiometabolicas por datos reflejados en la valoración. Al obtener el respectivo diagnostico se realizó la intervención nutricional que consistió en un plan dietoterapéutico de acuerdo a sus necesidadeses_ES
