| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo investigativo se realizó con el objetivo de analizar el sistema informático para el control académico en el Instituto Proezas en la Ciudad de Babahoyo, este tema surge debido a la importancia de los sistemas informáticos se han convertido en una parte integral del control académico, el uso de la tecnología ha revolucionado la forma en que las instituciones académicas administran y controlan sus operaciones, el problema de este estudio afecta a la Institución es principalmente a la secretaria es la que realiza los siguientes procesos de manera manual y algunos documentos es realizado en Word y Excel esto conlleva a correr el riesgo de perder información la metodología utilizada en este trabajo es de tipo de investigación descriptivo para es describir un fenómeno o grupo de fenómenos a través de la observación y la medición, el diseño de la investigación es mixto esto quiere decir que se usó tanto el método cualitativo como cuantitativo ya que se realizaron encuestas la población de este trabajo es de 107 estudiantes dando una muestra de 84 personas a encuestar, posteriormente se realizó análisis estadístico y también una entrevista a la secretaria de este instituto, con la finalidad de saber sus procesos académicos dentro del centro académico. La línea de investigación que está relacionada sistema de información y comunicación emprendimiento e innovación en conjuntamente con alineada a la sublinea redes y tecnologías inteligentes de software y hardware. | es_ES |
