| dc.description | Diabetes, renal failure and thrombocytopenia are chronic degenerative diseases that affect the entire population in general, since it has been a worldwide problem according to the WHO World Health Organization, if these diseases are not treated in time it could cause the death of the human being. These diseases have been affecting the whole world for many years, but in recent times it has become evident that there is a higher percentage of people who suffer from these pathologies, it has become a major problem due to lack of knowledge, due to the sedentary lifestyle and poor diet that people have today. Diabetes is a disease that seriously affects Ecuador, being the third cause of death in the country, arterial hypertension refers to a picture of high pressure, generally this pathology does not present any symptoms for many years (until it causes an injury in a vital organ). Renal failure is defined as the decreased ability of the kidneys to excrete nitrogenous waste, established over hours or days. While thrombocytopenia is a condition that appears when the blood platelet count is too low. Through which the nursing care process was applied systematically with the help of the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomy to use the nursing diagnosis and then be able to implement the care plan for the improvement of their health. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La diabetes, la insuficiencia renal y trombocitopenia son enfermedades crónicas degenerativas que afectan a toda la población en general, ya que viene siendo un problema a nivel mundial según la OMS Organización Mundial de la Salud, si estas enfermedades no son tratadas a tiempo podría provocar la muerte del ser humano. Estas enfermedades han venido afectado a todo el mundo desde hace muchos años atrás, pero en estos últimos tiempos se ha evidenciado que existe un mayor porcentaje de personas que padecen estas patologías, se ha convertido en un problema mayor por la falta de conocimiento, por el sedentarismo y por mala alimentación que llevan las personas hoy en día. La diabetes es una enfermedad que afecta gravemente al Ecuador siendo esta la tercera causa de muerte en el país, la hipertensión arterial hace referencia a un cuadro de presión elevada, generalmente esta patología no presenta ningún síntoma durante muchos años (hasta que ocasione alguna lesión en un órgano vital). La insuficiencia renal se define como la disminución en la capacidad que tienen los riñones para excretar desecho nitrogenado, instaurado en horas o días. Mientras que la trombocitopenia es una afección que aparece cuando el recuento de plaquetas de la sangre es demasiado bajo. Mediante el cual se aplicó el Proceso de atención de enfermería de manera sistemática con la ayuda de la taxonomía NANDA, NOC Y NIC para emplear el diagnostico enfermero y luego poder implementar el plan de cuidados para el mejoramiento de su salud. | es_ES |
