dc.description.abstractLa realización del presente caso de estudio que se encuentra basado en la Gestión Administrativa de la Empresa Sandoya - Fármacos y Medicinas SANFARMEDI S.A., la cual se enfocó en el cumplimiento del objetivo que se trataba en analizar los procesos internos de la empresa con la finalidad de mejorar la comercialización de medicamentos y la atención al cliente. Teniendo en consideración, que se identificaron falencias en relación a los consumidores, planes de trabajos y desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la organización. Por lo tanto, ha sido muy relevante haber analizado los procesos de gestión administrativa de SANFARMEDI S.A., para poder determinar los factores que han influido para no alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales, conllevando a que los ingresos por ventas disminuyan como también que el servicio al cliente se vea afectado por un desequilibrio en las áreas fundamentales de la empresa. Por lo cual, esto ha conllevado a que el negocio disminuya su nivel competitivo en el mercado local babahoyense.es_ES
