| dc.description | This Case Study exposes a 19-year-old adolescent with chest and abdomen trauma from a firearm, who went to the emergency area of the IESS Babahoyo General Hospital, and upon admission was in critical condition, a resolution was given surgery and went to the immediate Intensive Care Unit, where his stay lasted 33 days, then he went to the hospitalization floor, developing the nursing care process within the Hospital Unit, which allowed us to provide him with the necessary care to the correction of the altered functional patterns and obtain a favorable evolution, acceding to the recovery and rehabilitation of the patient's health, resulting in his hospital discharge. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente Estudio de Caso, expone a un adolescente de 19 años de edad con traumatismo de abdomen por arma de fuego, que acudió al área de emergencia del Hospital General IESS Babahoyo, y a su ingreso se encontraba en estado crítico, se dio resolución quirúrgica y pase a la Unidad De Cuidados Intensivos inmediata, donde su estancia duró 32 días, después pase a piso de hospitalización, desarrollando en su transcurso dentro de la Unidad Hospitalaria el proceso de atención de enfermería, que nos permitió brindarle los cuidados de necesarios para la corrección de los patrones funcionales alterados y obtener una evolución favorable, accediendo a la recuperación y rehabilitación de la salud del paciente, teniendo como resultado su alta hospitalaria. | es_ES |
