The present clinical case is carried out with the main objective of applying the nursing care process in a patient with tuberculosis and elaborating a plan of care and interventions to be executed, in which the evaluation by functional patterns of Marjorie Gordon Will be applied, formulation nursing diagnosis and care plan NIC, NOC.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa tuberculosis es una enfermedad muy conocida en el mundo y con una alta tasa de morbi-mortalidad, esta enfermedad se trasmite de una persona a otra a través de las gotitas de saliva que son expulsadas por los individuos infectados. Esta enfermedad se presenta con una frecuencia mayor en bebes, ancianos y en personas que tienen su sistema inmunológico debilitado, los síntomas característicos de la tuberculosis son: tos con flema mayor a quince días, fiebre, debilidad o fatiga, dolor en el pecho, pérdida de peso, falta de apetito, escalofríos. El presente caso clínico se lo realiza con el objetivo principal de aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería en un paciente con tuberculosis y elaborar un plan de cuidados e intervenciones a ejecutar, en el cual se aplicará la valoración por patrones funcionales de Marjorie Gordon, formulación de diagnóstico de enfermería y plan de cuidados NIC, NOC.es_ES
