| dc.description | This clinical case refers to the nursing care process in a patient with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura admitted to the IESS Babahoyo Hospital. In the care process, it was pertinent to apply the Marjory Gordon model, which is characterized by not only focusing on physical health but also on emotional, spiritual, and without being less the social sphere that, together with NANDA, allows patients to be valued and determine actions based on their needs, about the clinical manifestations and nursing care that must be provided, becoming a support model for health professionals. In the deployment of this work, the importance of offering updated information is evident, as well as describing the nursing care process in schoolchildren with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, for which the care techniques established in the NANDA, NOC and NIC taxonomy are applied. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso clínico se refiere al proceso de atención de enfermería en un paciente con purpura trombocitopenica idiopática ingresado en el Hospital IESS Babahoyo. En el proceso de atención fue pertinente aplicar el modelo de Marjory Gordon, que se caracterizan por no solo enfocarse en la salud física sino también en la emocional, espiritual y sin ser menos el ámbito social que junto a al PAE permite valorar a los pacientes y determinar acciones en función de sus necesidades, acerca de las manifestaciones clínicas y los cuidados de enfermería que deben brindarse, convirtiéndose en un modelo de apoyo para los profesionales de la salud. En el despliegue de este trabajo se evidencia la importancia de ofrecer información actualizada, así como también describir el proceso de atención de enfermería en escolar con purpura trombocitopenica idiopática, para lo cual se aplica las técnicas de atención establecidas en la taxonomía NANDA, NOC y NIC. | es_ES |
