| dc.description | This case study is focused on the analysis and inventory management of the Mercedes Belén Hacienda in the Baba canton. with Single Taxpayer Registry number 0701889321-001 which has as its main economic activity the cultivation of bananas and plantains. The objective of inventory control and management is the registration of inputs and outputs of materials in chronological time, in order to calculate the complete and correct costs. The inventory control and management system allows stock levels to be maintained, avoiding excesses or shortages of materials. It is examined in the line of research Financial, administrative, tax, audit, control management, which is related to the subject, where it is verified if the company's inventory accounting processes are sufficient to make adequate decisions with the necessary information from tools where it allows to observe the control and current management of the inventory that is carried in the hacienda mercedes belen period 2022. Through the subline of investigation of the present work that is Audit and Control, it allows to establish if the activities that are executed in the accounting area and warehouse. It can be concluded that the state of inventory control and management at Hacienda Mercedes Belén is deficient and lacks control, which was very evident given that it was reflected in the losses of materials used for production, taking into consideration that this subtracts liquidity to the organization, which in the long term can affect the consistency of the company. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio está enfocado en el análisis y gestión de inventario de la Hacienda Mercedes Belén del cantón Baba. con número de Registro Único de Contribuyente 0701889321-001 la cual tiene como su actividad económica principal el cultivo de bananos y plátanos. El objetivo del control y gestión de inventario es el registro de entradas y salidas de materiales en tiempo cronológico, con el fin de calcular los costos completos y correctos. El sistema de control y gestión de inventario permite que se mantengan los niveles de existencias evitando excesos o faltante de materiales. se examina en la línea de investigación Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoria, control, que se encuentra relacionada con el tema, donde se comprueba si los procesos contables de inventarios de la empresa son suficientes para tomar decisiones adecuadas con una información necesaria de herramientas donde permite observar el control y manejo actual del inventario que se lleva en la hacienda mercedes belen periodo 2022. Mediante la sublínea de investigación del presente trabajo que es Auditoría y Control, permite establecer si las actividades que se ejecutan en el área contable y bodega. Se puede concluir que el estado de control y gestión de inventarios en la Hacienda Mercedes Belén es deficiente y carece de control lo que fue muy evidente dado que se vio reflejado en las pérdidas de materiales usados para la producción, tomando en consideración que esto le resta liquidez a la organización lo que a largo plazo se puede repercutir en la consistencia de la empresa. | es_ES |
