| dc.description | In hospitals, some radiologists lack little knowledge or at least have heard about new technologies for the analysis of radiological images, these words are verified according to the result that was generated through surveys of hospital doctors. Surveys were also carried out on the patients of the Juan Montalván hospital to learn about their concerns in the area of radiology, thus allowing to analyze the problems of the hospital not only from the point of view as a doctor but also as a patient, resulting in many They do not find the time or the quality of the radiological image adequate and that most of the respondents request that the equipment in this hospital be updated. As the main conclusion of this case study, I can say that after analyzing the problems of the Juan Montalván hospital in the area of radiology and carrying out the pertinent studies, the result obtained is patient dissatisfaction and distrust of doctors when giving a diagnosis. that is, they are not satisfied with the equipment that the hospital currently has, due to this problem, patients agree to innovate the equipment in the radiology area to provide better quality care, that when the x-ray is performed it is an image clear, precise and sharp so that the radiologist can perform a better analysis and give a reliable diagnosis. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En los hospitales algunos médicos radiólogos carecen de poco conocimiento o al menos han escuchado hablar acerca de las nuevas tecnologías para el análisis de imágenes radiológicas dichas palabras se encuentran verificadas conforme al resultado que se generó a través de encuestas realizadas a los médicos del hospital. También se realizó encuestas a los pacientes del hospital Juan Montalván para tener conocimiento sobre sus inquietudes en el área de radiología permitiendo así poder analizar la problemática del hospital no solo desde el punto de vista como médico sino también como paciente, dando como resultado que a muchos no les parece adecuado el tiempo ni la calidad de la imagen radiológica y que la mayor parte de los encuestados piden que se actualicen los equipos de este hospital. Como principal conclusión de este caso de estudio puedo decir que luego de analizar la problemática del hospital Juan Montalván en el área de radiología y realizar los estudios pertinentes, el resultado obtenido es la insatisfacción de los pacientes y desconfianza de los médicos al dar un diagnóstico, es decir, no están conformes con los equipos que posee actualmente el hospital, debido a esta problemática es que los pacientes están de acuerdo en innovar los equipos del área de radiología para brindar una mejor atención de calidad, que al realizarse la radiografía sea una imagen clara, precisa y nítida para que el doctor radiólogo pueda realizar un mejor análisis dar un diagnóstico confiable. | es_ES |
