In the present case study, the objective of analyzing the financial management of the income and expense accounts of the municipal GAD of the Jujan canton was raised, through the use of accounting information of the company in the period 2022. | dc.description.abstract | La gestión financiera es la práctica estratégica de crear, controlar y monitorear todos los recursos financieros para lograr sus objetivos comerciales. En el presente estudio de caso se planteó el objetivo de analizar la gestión financiera de las cuentas de ingresos y gastos del GAD municipal del cantón Jujan, mediante la utilización de información contable de la empresa en el periodo 2022. En función de aquello se usó una metodología mixta, adicional se tomó en consideración el presupuesto anual brindado al GAD de Jujan por el gobierno para el 2022 y se analizó la distribución del mismo en base a la cédula presupuestaria de ingresos y gastos para comprobar si al final del ejercicio la institución hizo una buena proyección presupuestaria gastando lo necesario. Como conclusión en el Gad hay una deficiencia en cuanto a la gestión que se le da al financiamiento dado que como se evidencia en los datos de la administración del presupuesto existe un gasto mucho mayor que los ingresos, por lo que al final del año 2022 la institución queda con una deuda adquirida a pagar con el próximo presupuesto. | es_ES |
