| dc.description | The subject is about the clinical case study that was carried out at the General Hospital of Babahoyo IESS with a case of a patient with chronic renal failure admitted to the emergency area, a 40-year-old male presenting a clinical picture of tachycardia, high blood pressure, presenting mild pain in the left upper extremity and right foot where localized edema was observed and sleeps 2 to 3 hours without being able to fall asleep presenting insomnia. Laboratory studies were carried out, the primary examination that was carried out was the covid 19 examination to rule out any inconvenience, giving a negative result and later, thanks to the anamnesis and clinical history plus the laboratory tests, retention was given as a definitive diagnosis. of fluid due to chronic renal failure disease. | dc.description.abstract | El tema se trata del estudio de caso clínico que se realizó en el Hospital General de Babahoyo IESS con un caso de un paciente con insuficiencia renal crónica ingreso por el área de emergencias sexo masculino de 40 años presentando cuadro clínico de taquicardia, presión arterial alta, presentando dolor leve en la extremidad superior izquierda y del pie derecho donde se observó edema localizado y duerme 2 a 3 horas sin lograr conciliar el sueño presentando insomnio. Se procedió a realizar estudios de laboratorio el examen primordial que se le realizo fue el examen del covid 19 para descartar cualquier inconveniente, dando como resultado negativo y luego más adelante gracias al anamnesis e historial clínico más los exámenes de laboratorio se dio como diagnóstico definitivo retención de líquido debido por la enfermedad de insuficiencia renal crónica. Se procede a implementar un plan especializado de actividades de enfermería acorde a sus patrones funcionales tomando como guía al modelo de Marjory Gordon y su meta de valoración según los 11 patrones funcionales para mejorar el bienestar y la calidad de vida. | es_ES |
