| dc.description | The cerebrovascular accident is seen with a higher incidence in older adult patients, but it can also be seen in young adults since it is caused by the blockage of blood clots or arteriosclerotic plaques in the brain, which makes it impossible to supply blood to a certain part. of the brain tissue which will be affected by the lack of nutrients and oxygen. The objective of our work is to identify the nursing care that we are going to put into practice for the subsequent care of patients for speedy recovery. Since, as we know, this disease has dysarthria, neurological dysphagia, walking problems, difficulty seeing with one or both eyes as signs and symptoms. Since it is caused by bad eating habits, sedentary lifestyles, high blood pressure and other factors. The nursing care process is applied and a care plan and interventions based on the clinic and the human responses that are evidenced are carried out, to contribute to the therapeutic with care in the management of pharmacotherapies, emotional support and with surveillance and follow-up. | dc.description.abstract | El accidente cerebro vascular se ve con mayor incidencia en pacientes adultos mayores, pero también puede ser vista en adultos jóvenes ya que es causado por el bloqueo de coagulo de sangre o de placas arterioscleróticas a nivel del cerebro lo cual le imposibilita suministrar sangre a cierta parte del tejido cerebral el cual se va a ver afectado por la falta de nutrientes y de oxígeno. El objetivo de nuestro trabajo es identificar los cuidados de enfermería que vamos a poner en práctica para los posteriores cuidados de los pacientes para la pronta recuperación. Ya que como sabemos esta enfermedad tiene como signos y síntomas la disartria, disfagia neurológica, problemas para caminar, dificultad para ver con uno o ambos ojos. Ya que es causada por los malos hábitos alimenticios, el sedentarismos, la hipertensión arterial y otros factores. Se aplica el proceso de atención de enfermería y se realiza un plan de cuidados e intervenciones basados en la clínica y las respuestas humanas que se evidencian, para contribuir a la terapéutica con cuidados en el manejo de farmacoterapias, apoyo emocional y con la vigilancia y seguimientos periódicos para evaluar la evolución de las acciones de salud, como resultados esperados tras las intervenciones realizadas. | es_ES |
