dc.descriptionInventory control in any company is a fundamental requirement for business finances to have solvency, and in turn coordinate with everything that covers economically within each organization. The commercial "El favorito" has presented problems in its inventories, causing imbalance in its profitability. For this reason, the present case study aims to analyze inventory control in the El Favorito commercial, in San Juan -Pueblo Viejo, in the period 2021. Its research subline was based on financial, tax and social commitment management. As a methodology, it applied a quantitative and qualitative approach, with a retrospective design; The research technique was based on the documentary review of the inventory for the year studied, and an interview addressed to the commercial manager. The results showed that inventory rotation occurs every 360 days, that is, once a year; and in the interview it was evidenced by the aforementioned that the business does not have exact information on the number of products that enter or leave, in addition, a manual inventory is handled that usually presents failures. In conclusion, due to the lack of inventory control, the salesperson can present economic problems that can lead to decision making without considering the risks that it can bring to their profitability and productivity.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl control de inventario en toda empresa es un requisito fundamental para que las finanzas de los negocios tengan solvencia, y a su vez coordinen con todo lo que a nivel económico abarca dentro de cada organización. El comercial “El favorito” ha presentado inconvenientes en sus inventarios, provocando desbalance en su rentabilidad. Por ello el presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo analizar el control de inventarios en el comercial El Favorito, en San Juan -Pueblo Viejo, en el periodo 2021. Su sublinea de investigación se basó en la Gestión financiera, tributaria y compromiso social. Como metodología aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo, con diseño retrospectivo; la técnica de investigación se basó en la revisión documental del inventario al año estudiado, y una entrevista dirigida a la gerente del comercial. Los resultados arrojaron que la rotación del inventario se da cada 360 días, es decir, una vez al año; y en la entrevista se evidenció por lo mencionado que el negocio no tiene información exacta de la cantidad de productos que ingresan o salen, además se maneja un inventario manual que suele presentar fallas. En conclusión, por la falta de control de inventario el comercial puede presentar problemas de carácter económico que pueden encaminar a la toma de decisiones sin considerar los riesgos que puede traer para su rentabilidad y productividad.es_ES
