dc.descriptionInventory management today within companies is of great importance to bring an order within the storage so that the activities are carried out correctly, it is also considered as a primary task to be fulfilled through the execution of various storage activities aimed at coordinating the processes of product demands, with a compliance with the present case study work, for which the objective of this investigation is to evaluate the inventory management of the commercial "Carrión" to determine the main shortcomings, the methodology: the research method was applied descriptive, from the collection of information describing and carefully analyzing the factors that affect the inventory, as a result it was determined not knowing the technician of workers, owner and lack of validated strategies in inventory management, it is concluded that it is necessary to implement a program of training and an inventory management model that promotes productivity.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa gestión de inventario hoy en día dentro de las empresas es de gran importancia para llevar un orden dentro del almacenamiento para que las actividades se desarrollen de forma correcta además se considera como una tarea primordial al cumplirse mediante la ejecución de diversas actividades almacenamiento orientadas a coordinar los procesos de demandas de productos, con un cumplimiento al presente trabajo de estudio de caso, por lo cual esta investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar la gestión de inventario del comercial “Carrión” para determinar las principales falencias, la metodología: investigación se aplicó el método descriptivo, a partir de la recopilación de información describiendo y analizando cuidadosamente los factores que afectan al inventario, como resultado se determinó desconociendo técnico de trabajadores, propietario y falta de estrategias validadas en la gestión de inventario, se concluye que es necesario implementar un programa de capacitación y un modelos de gestión en el inventario que promueva productividad.es_ES
