dc.description.abstract | El estudio realizado en el área de producción tiene como objetivo evaluar los procesos productivos que se efectúan en la arrocera, mediante el diseño de una nueva planificación para mejorar los procesos productivos, y guarda una estrecha relación con la línea de investigación Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control y se enmarca en la sublínea marketing y comercialización, la metodología que se utilizó fue sistema integrado de gestión de calidad, el cual nos permitió proponer cambios para la mejora de los procesos productivos, las técnica que se utilizarán son la entrevista y encuestas, que nos permitió recopilar información e identificar los aspectos que necesitan mejorar, se pudo obtener como resultados en relación a la satisfacción de la calidad del tipo de arroz que elaboran originada en los empleados reflejan estar medianamente satisfecho, esto se debe a que al momento de estar en curso la producción, los empleados hacen un mal manejo de las maquinarias, por otro lado, los aspecto para lograr mejorar los procesos productivos evidencian la falta de capacitación, por este motivo la empresa no ha podido llevar de manera correcta los procesos productivos, por lo tanto, no ha logrado cumplir con los objetivos planteados, como una de sus consecuencias la compañía está perdiendo clientes potenciales y no ha podido estar a nivel de la competencia. | es_ES |
