dc.description | Antonio Sotomayor's GAD is a public institution dedicated to administering economic resources whose purpose is to do good for the community. The objective of this case study is to evaluate the management of GADAS projects by analyzing information from the company to determine the situation overview of the projects that are carried out in it and this is related to the research line that is Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and which in turn is related to the research sub-line Public and private companies and institutions and This is because the company is dedicated to being an intermediary between other state institutions, its main task is to provide a service to the community in solving problems. In addition, as a research method in this case study, the analytical method was applied because it seeks to identify the different components that exist, such as the background, the actors involved, the important events and the results. And when carrying out all these activities, results were obtained about how the people who are attended in the GAD perceive the service provided. On the other hand, it is concluded that the bureaucracy and lack of agility in decision-making, inefficiency in the management of resources and financing, lack of motivation and professional development for employees have an impact on the management of projects carried out in the company. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El GAD de Antonio Sotomayor es una institución pública que se dedica a administrar recursos económicos cuyo fin es hacer un bien a la comunidad, el objetivo de este estudio de caso es evaluar la gestión de proyectos del GADAS, por lo tanto, es necesario considerar , la información de la empresa para conocer la situación general de los proyectos que se ejecutan en la misma y esto tiene relación con la línea de investigación que es Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control y que a su vez tiene relación con la sublínea de investigación Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas y esto se debe a que la empresa se dedica a ser un intermediario entre otras instituciones del estado, su principal labor es brindar un servicio a la comunidad en resolver problemas. Además, como método de investigación en este estudio de caso se aplicó el método analítico porque se busca identificar los diferentes componentes que existen, como los antecedentes, los actores involucrados, los eventos importantes y los resultados. Y al realizar todas estas actividades se obtuvieron resultados acerca de como las personas que son atendidas en el GAD perciben el servicio brindado. Por otro lado, se concluye que la burocracia y falta de agilidad en la toma de decisiones, ineficiencia en la gestión de recursos y financiamiento, falta de motivación y desarrollo profesional para los empleados repercuten en la gestión de los proyectos que se realizan en la empresa. | es_ES |
