The Objectives that was reached in the present investigation allowed us to identify the strategies that are considered for the growth of sales in the company Tecnicelltp. Determine the needs of the user in the cell phone repair process for the design of the work station. Propose sales actions to increase sales by 15% in relation to the previous year the general situation of the projects that are linked to it and this is related to the line of investigation of Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management and that At the same time, it is related to the sub-line of research Companies and public and private institutions, one of its tasks is to provide a good service to its clients. In addition, as a research method in this case study, the research method that allows obtaining information about the characteristics of the premises, employees and customers and how they are related to each other was applied. And when carrying out all these events, results were obtained about how customer service is, its promotions that the company offers, the SWOT analysis is where you could compare your threats and opportunities. dc.description.abstractLa Empresa TECNICELLTP, es una empresa privada que se dedica a la reparación de celulares, ventas de accesorios y ventas de teléfonos móvil. Por tales circunstancias el presente trabajo está dirigido a desarrollar una ESTRATEGIA DE VENTAS DE EMPRESA TECNICELLTP el objetivo de este estudio de caso es Analizar las estrategias para el crecimiento de ventas de la empresa Tecnicelltp ubicada en el cantón Puebloviejo, en el periodo 2022. Los Objetivos que se alcanzó en la presente investigación nos permito lo siguiente Identificar las estrategias que se consideran para el crecimiento de las ventas en la empresa Tecnicelltp. Determinar las necesidades del usuario en el proceso de reparación de celulares para el diseño de la estación de trabajo. Proponer acciones de venta para incrementar las ventas el 15% con relación al año anterior la situación general de los proyectos que se vincula en la misma y esto tiene relación con la línea de investigación de Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control y que a su vez tiene relación con la sub línea de investigación Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas, una de sus labores es brindar un bien servicio a sus clientes. Además, como método de investigación en este estudio de caso se aplicó el método de investigación que permite obtener información sobre las características del local, los empleados y clientes y como se relaciona entre sí. Y al realizar todos estos eventos se obtuvieron resultados acerca de cómo es la atención al cliente, sus promociones que ofrece la empresa, el análisis FODA es donde su pudo comparar sus amenazas y oportunidades. En conclusión, el incremento de ventas ayuda al mejoramiento de sus productos, a la buena atención al cliente para generar una compra, implementar promociones.es_ES
