dc.description.abstractEn el presente caso de estudio se basará sobre la manera de gestionar la comercialización de negocios ferreteros, el cual, se centra en el objetivo de analizar la gestión de ventas de la Ferretería “BIG MARKET” de la ciudad de Babahoyo del periodo 2022, para el incremento de las ventas, esto a través de la identificación de factores importantes que permiten tener una perspectiva real sobre los procedimientos que se deben de ejecutar en el área comercial. Por lo tanto, este tipo de trabajo analítico se enfoca en desarrollar las conceptualización de las problemáticas presentadas en el caso de estudio con el propósito de proponer alternativas que permitan solucionar las falencias existentes en la gestión de ventas y esto conllevaría a que la ferretería Big Market cuente con un estudio de análisis que permita estudiar el comportamiento de los procesos que tienen relación en el área comercial con la finalidad de tomar decisiones adecuadas para el mejoramiento continuo de sus procedimientos para hacer rentable y competitivo al negocio dentro del mercado comercial babahoyense.es_ES
