dc.descriptionThe case study entitled "Inventory management in the pantry "Regalito de Dios Martincito" in the city of Babahoyo Period 2022", whose main economic activity is the purchase and sale of basic necessities, basic food basket products, personal hygiene products, cleaning products and groceries for the home, has as its general objective To analyze the inventory management of the pantry "Regalito de Dios Martincito", to improve sales, the hypothetical-deductive method was applied, since it will allow us to investigate bases based on facts and in this way generate relevant comments for the development of this study. In each case, the techniques that are implemented were the following: the interview technique with the collaborators and a second interview with the owner manager, reaching the conclusion of the following: The study is framed under the guidelines established by the Technical University of Babahoyo with which it was sought to determine and know the problematic factors presented in the pantry "Regalito de Dios Martincito", so that deficits have been identified in the current management in the inventory system and stock control, causing insecurity to customers for not finding the inputs required for their need, in addition to the lack of storage strategies, has produced a deficient organization of merchandise in the warehouse area, and due to inadequate distribution of hangers on the property. These and other negative peculiarities that affect the pantry are detailed in more depth in the development of this study.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso titulado “Gestión de inventarios en la despensa “Regalito de Dios Martincito” en la ciudad de Babahoyo Periodo 2022”, la cual su principal actividad económica es la compra y venta de productos de primera necesidad, productos de la canasta básica, productos de aseo personal, productos de limpieza y víveres para el hogar, tiene como objetivo general; Analizar la gestión de inventario de la despensa “Regalito de Dios Martincito”, para mejorar las ventas, se aplicó el método hipotético-deductivo, puesto que permitirá indagar bases a partir de hechos y de esta manera generar comentarios pertinentes para el desarrollo de este estudio de caso, las técnicas que se implementan fueron las siguientes: la técnica de la entrevista hacia los colaboradores y una segunda entrevista hacia la gerente propietaria, llegando a concluir lo siguiente: El estudio está enmarcado bajo los lineamientos establecidos por la Universidad técnica de Babahoyo con los cuales se buscó determinar y conocer los factores problemáticos presentados en el la despensa “Regalito de Dios Martincito”, de manera que se ha identificado déficit en la gestión actual en el sistema de inventarios y el control de stocks, ocasionando inseguridad a los clientes por no encontrar los insumos requeridos para su necesidad, además la falta de estrategias de almacenamiento, ha producido una deficiente organización de mercaderías en el área de bodega, y por la inadecuada distribución de perchas en el establecimiento. Estas y otras peculiaridades negativas que afectan a la despensa, se detallan más a fondo en el desarrollo del presente estudio.es_ES
