These and other negative peculiarities that affect the warehouse are detailed in depth in the development of this study.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso titulado “Gestión comercial del almacén de ropa “Baratón de Alexis” en la ciudad de Babahoyo del 2022”, su principal actividad económica es la compra y venta de prendas de vestir , tales como; Camisetas, camisa, chaqueta, pantaloneta, pantalón, busos, vestidos, faldas, etc. tiene como objetivo general; Analizar la gestión comercial mediante el FODA del almacén “Baratón de Alexis”, para la evaluación de la satisfacción del cliente, se aplicó el método hipotético-deductivo, puesto que permitirá analizar la información obtenida y de esta manera generar comentarios pertinentes para el desarrollo de este estudio de caso, las técnicas que se implementan fueron las siguientes: la técnica de la observación y entrevista llegando a concluir lo siguiente: El estudio está enmarcado bajo los lineamientos establecidos por la Universidad técnica de Babahoyo con los cuales se busca determinar y conocer los factores problemáticos presentados en el almacén “Baratón de Alexis”, la cual se ha identificado la falta de un sistema de registro, que ha ocasionado que un porcentaje notable de mercadería se haya perdido en el proceso de abastecimiento en bodega, además la falta de comunicación que se ha presentado en diversas áreas como son; atención al clientes, bodega, caja y percha, ha ocasionado un manejo inadecuado de la información sobre la mercadería existente. Estas y otras peculiaridades negativas que afectan al almacén, se detallan a profundidad en el desarrollo del presente estudio.es_ES
