dc.description.abstractLa realización del presente caso de estudio que se encuentra basado en el marketing del “Taller Automotriz de Jonathan” de la ciudad de Babahoyo del periodo 2022, la cual, ha sido objeto de analizar las estrategias con las que cuenta la empresa con el propósito de identificar los problemas que se han dado por el manejo y aplicación inadecuada de la mercadotecnia, ya que, son la parte fundamental para que la organización se posicione competitivamente en el mercado comercial babahoyense. Por lo tanto, ha sido fundamental el enfoque de análisis, ya que, se cuenta con una base sólida sobre los factores que influyen dentro del proceso de marketing y sus estrategias, permitiendo de esta manera, que se compare los aspectos básicos en el proceso de la mercadotecnia con la finalidad de que el Taller Automotriz de Jonathan tengas más acogida por los productos y servicios que oferta tanto a sus clientes actuales como a los potenciales, por lo cual, se pudo evidenciar que existen vacíos en los procedimientos comerciales, de promoción e innovación lo que ha conllevado que los ingresos en ventas hayan disminuido en el negocio y que la competencia sea la principal beneficiaria de estos resultados negativos.es_ES
