| dc.description | This case study refers to the process of migration and homologation of the financial information of the A Ventanas Health Center, due to the process of transition from one financial system to another and is part of the line of research of the Accounting Engineering career. and Audit called Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management; specifically in the subline: Financial, Tax and Social Commitment Management; because it describes the process of homologation of accounts of the financial statements of one of the entities belonging to the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute, such as the A Ventanas Health Center, which has been in operation for thirty-five years; Its objective is to analyze the process of homologation of financial information, through the migration of information that was carried out when changing from one system to another; that is, from the Zebra system to the eSIGEF system; by provision of the Ministry of Finance in order to control the operations carried out by the IESS; The descriptive method was used, which has allowed us to detail each of the actions carried out in the process of homologation of the financial information of the Ventanas Health Center, in addition, two information collection techniques were applied, to the interview applied to the financial manager of the entity and the documentary observation that allowed to know in detail the opening entry with the approved information; all this with the use of two instruments: interview questionnaire and documentary observation form. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso hace referencia al proceso de migración y homologación de la información financiera del Centro de Salud A Ventanas, por el proceso de transición de un sistema financiero a otro y se enmarca en la línea de investigación de la carrera de Ingeniería en Contabilidad y Auditoría denominada Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoria y Control; específicamente en la sublínea: Gestión Financiera , Tributaria y Compromiso Social; debido a que describe el proceso de homologación de cuentas de los estados financieros de una de las entidades perteneciente al Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, como lo es el Centro de Salud A Ventanas que tiene treinta y cinco años de funcionamiento; tiene como objetivo analizar el proceso de homologación de la información financiera, a través de la migración de información que se realizó cuando se cambia de un sistema a otro; es decir del sistema Zebra al sistema eSIGEF; por disposición del Ministerio de Finanzas con el fin de controlar las operaciones que realiza el IESS; se utilizó el método descriptivo el cual ha permitido poder detallar cada una de las acciones realizadas en el proceso de homologación de la información financiera del Centro de Salud Ventanas, además se aplicaron dos técnicas de recolección de la información, al entrevista aplicada al responsable financiero de la entidad y la observación documental que permitió conocer en detalle el asiento de apertura con la información homologada; todo esto con el uso de dos instrumentos: cuestionario de entrevista y la ficha de observación documental. | es_ES |
