dc.descriptionThe present case study called "Logistic process in the company Plastivill S. A of the city of Babahoyo, period 2022", related to the research line "Financial Management, Administrative, Tax, Audit, Control" and the sub-line "Companies and Public and Private Institutions" aims to analyze the logistics processes carried out in the company Plastivill, the importance of conducting this case study lies in the opportunity that the company has through a thorough analysis of its logistics process to make decisions to improve the current system that is leading the entity. For the development of this work, it was necessary to identify the shortcomings in the supply, storage, distribution and dispatch processes. To evidence the conditions that gave rise to these problems, descriptive and analytical methods were used, which allowed obtaining information through an interview with the manager and a survey of employees involved in the logistics phases, which showed that this process developed by the company has shortcomings in its implementation, in conclusion, the problem is linked to the lack of implementation of a logistics area in the company, likewise emphasizes the hiring of trained personnel to carry out these processes and the constant training of personnel to mitigate errors and create a competitive advantage in the market.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio denominado “Proceso logístico en la empresa Plastivill S.A de la ciudad de Babahoyo, periodo 2022”, relacionado con la línea de investigación “Gestión Financiera, Administrativa, Tributaria, Auditoría, Control” y la sub-línea “Empresas e Instituciones Públicas y Privadas” tiene por objetivo analizar los procesos logísticos llevados a cabo en la compañía Plastivill, la importancia de la realización de este estudio de caso radica en la oportunidad que tiene la empresa a través de un análisis minucioso de su proceso logístico poder tomar decisiones que permitan mejorar el sistema actual que está llevando la entidad. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo fue necesario identificar las falencias que se presentan en los procesos abastecimiento, almacenamiento, distribución y despachos. Para evidenciar las condiciones que dieron lugar a esos inconvenientes, se utilizó le métodos descriptivo y analítico, los cuales permitieron obtener información por medio de la entrevista dirigida al gerente y una encuesta a los colaboradores que participan en las fases logísticas, donde se evidencio que este proceso desarrollado por la empresa presenta falencias en su ejecución, en conclusión, la problemática esta ligada a la falta de la implementación de un área logística en la empresa, de igual manera hace hincapié a la contratación de personal capacitado para llevar a cabo estos procesos y la capacitación constante del personal para mitigar errores y crear una ventaja competitiva en el mercado.es_ES
