| dc.description.abstract | La empresa de servicios de Internet Jatnet S.A ubicada en Calle 10 de agosto y Martín Icaza frente al Hotel Capitol en la ciudad de Babahoyo, la compañía brinda servicios de Internet y mantenimiento del mismo, en la cual se puede visualizar falencias en su gestión interna y procesos administrativos por esto se tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis de la empresa para identificar que procedimientos están incidiendo en el problema que impide que la empresa mejore en su gestión y en sus procesos, además con la aplicación de la metodología que fue un cuestionario de preguntas dirigido hacia el propietario de la empresa y una encuesta realizada a los empleados, con el resultado de las mismas se obtuvo el análisis FODA, identificando sus fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas de la empresa llegando a la conclusión de que la entidad debe mejorar mucho en el control interno, capacitar a su personal, además de que sus procesos sean seguidos correctamente para que así mejore el servicio al cliente. | es_ES |
