dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso el cual se titula: estrategias de publicidad en la cafetería cafecito de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo 2022, tiene como principal objetivo Evaluar las estrategias de publicidad que mantiene el establecimiento y identificar las falencias que mantiene debido a la poca innovación dentro de sus procesos y la implementación en nuevos modelos de publicidad, para realización del presente estudio se efectuó algunas técnicas como la encuesta aplicada a los clientes con la finalidad de conocer la opinión de cada uno con respecto al establecimiento y sobre los procesos de atención al clientes además para conocer que tan agradable es la publicidad, también se realizo una entrevista esta estuvo direccionada a la propietaria se la realizo para conocer el conocimiento que posee acerca del tema planteado, toda esta información que se recopilo fue de vital importancia para realizar las recomendaciones acerca de un mejoramiento en el posicionamiento y la captación de nuevos clientes para el incremente de sus ventas.es_ES
