dc.descriptionThe following research project aims to activate the promotion of tourist services, through the use of digital marketing strategies and techniques in the Ventanas canton, located in the province of Los Rios, this will help promote its tourist resources through of various technological means that will allow them to be known at the provincial and national levels, and in this way promote visits to these sites and above all improve the standard of living of their inhabitants, for this study the analytical method was implemented and bibliographical research was used, exploratory and descriptive, in addition a survey was applied as an important piece to obtain results and optimal information. This research results in the absence of promotion and publicity to these tourist resources, because the inhabitants do not have knowledge about the tourism activities and marketing tools that are necessary for the construction of local tourist developments, it was also concluded that digital marketing is very useful to design and develop new products and services that benefit entrepreneurs, in which it appears as a great opportunity for economic and social development.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl siguiente proyecto de investigación tiene por objetivo activar la promoción de los servicios turísticos, por medio de la utilización de estrategias y técnicas de marketing digital en el cantón Ventanas, ubicado en la provincia de Los Ríos, esto ayudará a promover sus recursos turísticos a través de diversos medios tecnológicos que permitirán que se conozcan a nivel provincial y nacional, y de esta manera impulsar visitas a estos sitios y sobre todo mejorar el nivel de vida de sus habitantes, para este estudio se implementó el método analítico y se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica, explorativa y descriptiva, además se aplicó una encuesta como pieza importante para obtener resultados e información óptima. Esta investigación tiene por resultado la ausencia de promoción y publicidad a estos recursos turísticos, debido a que los habitantes no tienen conocimiento acerca de las actividades del turismo y herramientas de marketing que son necesarios para su construcción de desarrollos locales turísticos, además se llegó a concluir que el marketing digital es de gran utilidad para diseñar y desarrollar nuevos productos y servicios que beneficien a los emprendedores, en la cual les surge como una gran oportunidad de desarrollo económico y social.es_ES
