dc.descriptionThis research work or dissertation prior to obtaining the degree in Hospitality and Tourism consists of analyzing strategic marketing and its impact on the tourism promotion of the Hacienda Emely Tourist Complex of the Mocache canton, year 2022. The applied methodology has been descriptive and documentary, in which it was possible to analyze and describe the importance of a marketing plan. To obtain information, an interview was conducted with the Manager of this tourist complex in order to learn about the strategies used to attract a greater number of visitors, highlighting that the complex applies various promotions in tickets, food, drinks and in the activities that are offered. the visitors wish to carry out, in addition to carrying out a survey of the inhabitants of this canton in which it was possible to know if the people knew and had visited the tourist complex and to know the level of satisfaction of the services offered by the tourist complex Finally, in this investigative work, the design of a strategic marketing plan is proposed, which will be of great help to the tourist promotion of the Hacienda Emely Tourist Complexes_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación o tesina previo a la obtención del título en Licenciatura en Hotelería y Turismo consiste en analizar el marketing estratégico y su impacto en la promoción turística de la Hacienda Emely Complejo Turístico del cantón Mocache, año 2022. La metodología aplicada ha sido de tipo descriptiva y documental, en el que se logró analizar y describir la importancia que tiene un plan de marketing. Para obtener información se realizó una entrevista al Administrador de este complejo turístico con el fin de conocer las estrategias empleadas para captar un mayor número de visitantes, destacando que en el complejo se aplican diversas promociones por medio de páginas web, utilizando ofertas en las entradas, comida, bebidas y en las actividades que los visitantes desean realizar además de llevar a cabo una encuesta a los habitantes de este cantón en la que se logró conocer si las personas conocían y habían visitado el complejo turístico y conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los servicios ofrecidos por el complejo turístico. Finalmente, en este trabajo investigativo se propone el diseño un plan estratégico de marketing el mismo que servirá de mucha ayuda para la promoción turística de la Hacienda Emely Complejo Turístico.es_ES
