dc.descriptionThe present research project is a document about the influence of a marketing strategy, to enhance the tourist resources of the Hysteria Verde Canandé located in a rural sector of the province of Esmeraldas in the Quinindé canton, due to the fact that these areas are currently tourism is constantly growing, it is necessary to apply a strategic plan. To obtain information, techniques and tools were applied for the acquisition of data and verified information, using surveys applied to a sample of the population of the Quinindé canton, allowing direct knowledge of their perception of the Hostería Verde Canandé, as well as the formulation of interviews with its owner manager, for data collection. Tourism is a phenomenon that has been strengthened over the years with increasing intensity and emerging in a greater number of destinations around the world. It can be understood as a set of activities carried out by human beings while traveling and staying in places other than their usual environment, for leisure, work or other reasons. In addition, it is an economic activity that has an impact on society, not only because of its economic activity but also because of the large number of people who carry it out and because of its wide geographical distribution. It can be concluded that a strategic marketing plan for the Hostería Verde Canandé is of vital importance, since, by strengthening and promoting its resources, employment fields will be opened for the adjacent inhabitants, so that the tourism sector will enhance the economy of the sector and the province of Esmeraldas.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación es un documento acerca de la influencia de una estrategia de marketing, para potenciar los recursos turísticos de la Hostería Verde Canandé ubicada en un sector rural de la provincia de Esmeraldas en el cantón Quinindé, debido a que actualmente estás zonas se encuentra en constante crecimiento el turismo, resulta necesario la aplicación de un plan de estrategias. Para la obtención de información se aplicaron técnicas y herramientas para la adquisición de datos e información verificada, utilizando para ello encuestas aplicadas a una muestra de la población del cantón Quinindé permitiendo conocer de forma directa su percepción de la Hostería Verde Canandé, así como la formulación de entrevistas a su gerente propietaria, para la recopilación de datos. El turismo es un fenómeno que se ha fortalecido a lo largo de los años cada vez con una mayor intensidad y surgiendo en un mayor número de destinos alrededor del mundo. Puede entenderse como un conjunto de actividades que realiza el ser humano mientras viaja y permanece en lugares distintos a su entorno habitual, con fines de ocio, trabajo u otros motivos. Además, es una actividad económica que tiene un impacto en la sociedad, no solo por su actividad económica sino también por la gran cantidad de personas que lo realizan y por su amplia distribución geográfica. Se puede concluir que un plan estratégico de marketing para la Hostería Verde Canandé, es de vital importancia, ya que, al potenciar y promocionar los sus recursos, se abrirán campos de empleo, para los habitantes adyacentes, de forma que el sector turístico potenciará la economía del sector y de la provincia de Esmeraldas.es_ES
