| dc.description | The present investigation deals with how alternative communication addresses the cultural development of the Gustavo Campi sector of the Quevedo canton, which aims to: Determine how alternative communication addresses cultural development. Using it as a strategic option to be able to communicate the development of its sectors. The investigative field is scientific and responds to the development and evolution of individuals and societies, for which methods and types of descriptive, analytical, field research and survey techniques were applied to the inhabitants of the sector, to examine how the alternative communication can become an excellent ally in information. Obtaining as a result that the media are important transcendental axes to share information with the entire community, using alternative communication in a reliable way, concluding that the residents of the Gustavo Campi Sector can handle alternative communication as an informative instrument to publicize the events. cultures that are developed locally, which are mixed with customs, religions, values, traditions that have been preserved for many years, making visible the local reality from their own perspective. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación trata como la comunicación alternativa aborda el desarrollo cultural del sector Gustavo Campi del cantón Quevedo la cual tiene como objetivo: Determinar como la comunicación alternativa aborda el desarrollo cultural. Como una opción estratégica para poder comunicar el desarrollo sus sectores. El ámbito investigativo es científico y responde al desarrollo y evolución de los individuos y de las sociedades, para lo cual se aplicaron métodos y tipos de investigación descriptivas, analíticas, de campo y técnicas de encuesta a los moradores del sector, para examinar, cómo la comunicación alternativa puede convertir en un excelente aliado en la información. Obteniendo como resultado que los medios de comunicación son importantes ejes transcendentales para compartir información con toda la comunidad, usando la comunicación alternativa de forma confiable, concluyendo que lo moradores del Sector Gustavo Campi pueden manejar la comunicación alternativa como un instrumento informativo para dar a conocer los eventos culturales que se desarrollan localmente, los cuales se mezclan con las costumbres, religiones, valores, tradiciones que se han conservado por muchos años, visibilizando la realidad local desde su propia perspectiva. | es_ES |
