| dc.description.abstract | La comunicación es parte fundamental del éxito empresarial, la manera de interactuar de forma hablada o escrita, favoreciendo cada una de las gestiones que se desarrollan dentro del área organizacional de las instituciones, ya sean públicas o privadas. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo Elaborar un plan de comunicación interna para mejorar el desarrollo comunicación en el Seguro Social Campesino del cantón Quevedo, El proyecto busca beneficiar a quienes laboran en la institución, de manera que cada uno de los procesos que se desarrollan se elaboren de manera eficiente, trabajando en equipo, generando e ideas y motivando a ser eficaz en cada función que desempeñen. Para obtener información sobre el tema fue necesario aplicar las técnicas y métodos investigativos a través de una encuesta, determinando si la comunicación que se maneja afecta el área externa donde no se provee de la suficiente información a quienes están asociados lo que incide que muchos de ellos desconozcan sus responsabilidades y beneficios que tienen. | es_ES |
