| dc.description | The objective of this research project was to determine the impact of sports journalism for the training of basketball players of the specialized training club "CDK" Chicos de Kriss of the canton of Quevedo. For the development of this research, some works already published on the subject of study were taken into account, it was determined that sports journalism stands out as an informative approach of high social impact due to the universality of the topics covered, but also because of its enormous domestic roots. This field of information is going through a moment of expansion and its structure has been transforming with the birth of new specialized media in different media in recent years. This field of journalism has become an innovative and hyperactive field, characterized by the constant search for new ways of telling stories using new digital technologies. The methodology used was characterized as a mixed qualitative and quantitative research, since it was developed through the application of surveys to the 70 players of the CDK club "Chicas de Kriss" with a bank of 9 questions to determine the current situation of the club and interviews that were directed to the leaders of the club and six journalists from the canton of Quevedo; The interviews were exploratory, descriptive, field and bibliography that supported the development of the research of the problem of study; the information was collected through the field cards. Through the results it is concluded that there is a lack in sports journalism focused on basketball since there is no motivation for the formation of the same, reaching that it is necessary the implementation of the proposal of a training plan that has workshops directed to the topics of sports journalism to achieve a quality training with the players of the club. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia del periodismo deportivo para la formación de los jugadores de baloncesto del club especializado formativo “CDK” Chicos de Kriss del cantón Quevedo. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se tomaron en cuenta algunos trabajos ya publicados en cuanto a la temática de estudio, se determinó que el periodismo deportivo se destaca como un enfoque informativo de alto impacto social por la universalidad de los temas tratados, pero también por su enorme arraigo doméstico. Este campo de la información atraviesa un momento de expansión y su estructura se ha ido transformando con el nacimiento de nuevos medios especializados en diferentes soportes en los últimos años. Este campo del periodismo se ha convertido en un campo innovador e hiperactivo, caracterizado por la búsqueda constante de nuevas formas de contar historias utilizando las nuevas tecnologías digitales. La metodología a utilizada se caracterizó por ser una investigación de carácter mixta cualitativa y cuantitativa, ya que se desarrolló por medio de la aplicación de encuestas a los 70 jugadores del club CDK “Chicas de Kriss” con un banco de 9 preguntas para determinar la situación actual del club y entrevistas que fueron direccionadas a las dirigentes del club y a seis periodistas del cantón Quevedo; de tipo exploratoria, descriptiva, de campo y bibliografía que fueron las que dieron sustento al desarrollo de la investigación de la problemática de estudio; se realizó el levantamiento de información por medio de las fichas de campo. Por medio de los resultados se concluye que existe una falencia en el periodismo deportivo enfocado en el baloncesto ya que no existe motivación para la formación de las mismas, llegando a que es necesario la aplicación de la propuesta de un plan de capacitación que cuente con talleres direccionadas a las temáticas del periodismo deportivo para lograr así una formación de calidad con los jugadores del club. | es_ES |
