dc.descriptionElderly pregnancy represents a public health problem due to its repercussions on the mother-child relationship. Goal. To identify hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and their complications in pregnant women between 15-40 years of age, treated at the San Jacinto de Buena Fe type C health center, in the period June - December 2021. Methodology. The research design was quantitative, retrospective, descriptive cross-sectional with a population of pregnant women older than 15 to 40 years attended in the health facility during the period June to December, the sample was probabilistic constituted by the population of pregnant women, as an instrument a data collection form was used. Results. It aims to identify factors, symptoms and alarm signs of great importance to be able to provide timely risk care to pregnant women and to know the prevention measures that should be expected according to the diagnosis of patients, evaluating the complications that they present according to the number of deeds, controls, gestational age, personal and family history, among others. It is a quantitative study, because through the statistical records it was possible to identify pregnant women who appeared hypertensive disorders in the review of medical records of the study site. In addition, it is descriptive, since it allows to investigate the characterization of hypertensive and cross-sectional disorders because it was developed in a certain period of time, without considering data prior to the investigation. Conclusion. It was possible to establish the sociodemographic characteristics of interest in the study sample, identify some risk factors for complications and determine the complications that compromise the mother and the child in advanced age pregnancies.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl embarazo añoso representa una problemática de salud pública debido a sus repercusiones en el binomio madre-hijo. Objetivo. Identificar los trastornos hipertensivos del embarazo y sus complicaciones en gestantes de 15-40 años de edad, atendidas en el centro de salud tipo C San Jacinto de Buena Fe, en el período junio – diciembre 2021. Metodología. El diseño de investigación fue cuantitativo, retrospectivo, descriptivo de corte transversal con una población de gestantes mayores de 15 a 40 años atendidas en el establecimiento de salud durante el periodo junio a diciembre, la muestra fue probabilística constituida por la población de gestantes, como instrumento se empleó un formulario de recolección de datos. Resultados. Pretende identificar factores de riesgo, síntomas y signos de alarma de suma importancia para poder brindar atención oportuna a las mujeres embarazadas y conocer las medidas de prevención que deben considerarse de acuerdo al diagnóstico de las pacientes, evaluando las complicaciones que presentan de acuerdo al número de gestas, controles, edad gestacional, antecedentes personales y familiares, entre otros. Es un estudio cuantitativo, debido a que mediante los registros estadísticos se pudo identificar a las gestantes que presentaron trastornos hipertensivos en la revisión de historias clínicas del lugar de estudio. Además, es descriptivo, puesto que permite indagar la caracterización de los trastornos hipertensivos y de corte transversal porque se desarrolló en un período de tiempo determinado, sin considerar datos anteriores a la investigación. Conclusión. Fue posible establecer las características sociodemográficas de interés en la muestra de estudio, identificar algunos factores de riesgo de complicaciones y determinar las complicaciones que comprometen a la madre y al hijo/a en embarazos de edad avanzada.es_ES
