dc.descriptionThe implementation of vegetable production in rural areas is a benefit for the communities, that is, through planting a healthy and good quality horticultural product is obtained. The production of vegetables is an alternative to alleviate the family economy, since it would generate income from the sale of surplus production and a decrease in family spending for self-consumption. To optimize the production of vegetables you can cover the expenses with recyclable materials inside the homes and even have a planting schedule you can see what type of crop is used. As a result, we obtain that the production of vegetables in rural areas is a sustainable benefit by promoting savings to family spending for the food item in families in rural sectors. To obtain vegetative products we must consider that the fruit is of good quality, additional can be generated by giving added value to vegetables. Through horticultural gardens, socio-economic benefit for the rural sector is promoted. The benefits of food safety are diverse with home gardens that manage to produce quality food and good taste throughout the year or for several months. A well-established garden can cover the family's food demand with its production, which represents significant savings; And with the sale of some products from the garden, it helps to improve family income and acquire inputs, such as seeds or other materials.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa implementación de la producción de hortalizas en las zonas rurales es un beneficio para las comunidades, es decir mediante la siembra se obtiene un producto hortícola sano y de buena calidad. La producción de hortalizas es una alternativa para aliviar la economía familiar, ya que se generaría ingresos por la venta del excedente de producción y una disminución en el gasto familiar por el autoconsumo. Para optimar la producción de hortalizas se puede cubrir los gastos con los materiales reciclables dentro de los hogares e incluso tener un calendario de siembra se puede observar que tipo de cultivo se utilizar. Como resultado obtenemos que la producción de hortalizas en las zonas rurales es un beneficio sustentable por promover el ahorro al gasto familiar por el rubro de alimentación en las familias de los sectores rurales. Para la obtención de los productos vegetativos debemos considerar que el fruto sea de buena calidad, adicional se puede generar emprendimientos dándole valor agregado a las hortalizas. A través de los huertos hortícolas se promueve el beneficio socioeconómico para el sector rural. Los beneficios de seguridad alimentaria son diversos con los huertos caseros que se logra producir alimentos de calidad y buen sabor durante todo el año o por varios meses. Un huerto bien establecido, puede cubrir con su producción la demanda de alimentos de la familia, lo que representa un ahorro importante; y con la venta de algunos productos del huerto, se ayuda a mejorar los ingresos familiares y adquirir insumos, como semillas u otros materiales.es_ES
