Documental que favorece la productividad y comercialización en granjas porcícolas, aportando al desarrollo productivo y económico a través de técnicas generales requeridas en esta ocupación. Los negocios porcinos están viabilizados como actividades de crecimiento productivo en el medio habitual, pero requiere de instructivos por la carencia de un modelo de gestión, aprovechando el importante porcentaje en su demanda insatisfecha.
