| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento trató sobre sobre la importancia del uso del sistema de posicionamiento global (GPS) en la agricultura. Describir los beneficios primordiales y su eficacia. La agricultura se considera un desafío donde cada día hay mayor innovación para cubrir las diferentes necesidades que requiere el mercado agrícola. La utilización de nuevas tecnologías ayuda a producir más en un espacio limitado, optimizando la producción y disminuyendo perdidas de productos, así como mejoran los costos de producción. El sistema de posicionamiento global (GPS) permite obtener estimaciones precisas de posicionamiento, velocidad y tiempo. Permitiendo la recolección de datos en tiempo real y durante las 24 horas del día.
