| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso basado en el comercial “Rey David” un local con problemas monetarios, el cual la pérdida de dinero es muy común sin saber que? O quien? Se lo sustrae, en este lugar se realiza la compra y venta de caco administrada por el calificador del producto, el control es muy antiguo controlado a papel y con papeles de venta, la cual se lleva un control adecuado en un lugar que se maneja una gran cantidad de dinero y es de suma importancia mantener un control de todo, antiguamente se suscitó un problema el cual una persona que laboraba en el comercial, se sustrajo una factura la cual la lleno como si fuera un cliente y se la entregó a otra persona para que venga a cobrar el dinero, este trabajador se percató que en la caja no estaba la dueña del local, rápidamente en el libro que se controla escribió la cantidad de caco junto con el dinero a cobrar, y luego de esto pasando un día la otra persona que era un antiguo cliente se acercó a cobrar la cantidad, todo esto y muchas maneras existen y han salido a la luz mediante se ha laborado, pero aún existen pérdidas y bajas de dinero que poco a poco llevarán a la caída del comercial, es así donde se logró la recolección de información en el lugar del problema y se implementó la idea de un software de control de inventario el cual mantendrá al tanto de todo, ingresos y egresos serán monitoreados de una manera segura cuidando la estabilidad del comercial, adicionalmente se le implementara una calculadora automática agilizando los procesos de la compra, ganando más clientela ya que las personas vienen y desean ser atendidos rápidos, gracias a esto no sólo se agilizara el proceso de compra, también se garantizará el correcto cálculo y seguro evitando pagar de más a lo clientes y cuidando los ingresos y egresos del local, incluyendo la opinión de la propietaria del local, la cual quedó muy a gusto siendo así que pidió de favor que le diseñen y programen el software para ser implementado en su comercial. | es_ES |
